The framework for using TicketGenius to manage your Discord community’s support.

1. The service
TicketGenius provides tools for Discord ticket management, knowledge management, AI-assisted answers, and human support workflows. Available functionality depends on your plan, configuration, and connected services. The operator’s legal name, address, and effective date must be added to the final agreement.
2. Accounts and server access
Use an account you are authorised to access and connect only Discord servers you are authorised to manage. Keep your account secure, assign administrative access carefully, and notify us if you suspect unauthorised use. Discord permissions and service availability can affect access to TicketGenius.
3. Responsible use

4. Your content
You retain your rights to the content you provide. You must have permission to submit knowledge, messages, and other materials for processing. TicketGenius needs permission to process that content to provide the features you enable. Avoid submitting credentials or information that is unnecessary for support.
5. AI-assisted support
AI-generated answers can be incomplete or incorrect. Review your knowledge sources, test your setup, and provide a route to human support. AI responses should not be relied on as professional advice or as the sole basis for decisions with significant consequences.
6. Plans and payment
Any paid plan’s price, included usage, billing interval, and applicable taxes should be shown before purchase. Final terms must specify renewal, cancellation, refunds, and any applicable consumer withdrawal rights consistently with the checkout and billing system. This draft does not establish a refund or cancellation policy.
7. Availability and third-party services
TicketGenius relies on external services, including Discord and, where configured, AI and payment providers. Their outages or changes may affect functionality. Final terms must describe support commitments, service changes, suspension, and termination procedures.
8. Privacy
Use of the service involves processing account information, server configuration, and support content. See the Privacy page for the current draft description. Any required data-processing agreement and provider disclosures must be completed before the final policies take effect.
9. Final contractual provisions
The operator must confirm the contracting entity, eligibility requirements, liability provisions, governing law, dispute resolution, termination effects, and how changes are communicated. No jurisdiction, liability cap, or waiver of statutory rights is established by this draft.
